When princess Deokhye was young she had a boyfriend. After that, her boyfriend killed some Japanese soldiers.Thank's to him she survived. They spread the Independence movement in Korea, so Korea could be free from Japan.Set in the Joseon Dynasty, the movie is about Princess Deokhye (Son Ye-Jin), the last princess of Korea. With the era's harsh conditions, she struggles to maintain the hope of the Korean people.
