Plot: The old teen rebel saga is updated for the rap crowd, unfortunately rapper Vanilla Ice is the teen. Ice shows up on a neon-yellow motorcycle which gets everyone's attention, including the female honor student who has never had a rebellious bone in her body.Johnny (Vanilla Ice) is a rebellious rapper whose ice-cold heart thaws when he sets eyes on Kathy (Kristin Minter). Meanwhile, Kathy's father, who is in witness protection, is found by the corrupt police officers he escaped from years ago.
