Plot: 'Religulous' is a 2008 American documentary film directed by Larry Charles and starring political comedian Bill Maher. According to Maher, the title of the film is a portmanteau derived from the words "religion" and "ridiculous," implying the satirical nature of the documentary that is meant to mock the concept of religion and the problems it brings about.The content of the film is an interview of Bill Maher, an expert droll (a comedian). It recalls the meetings with Christian believers, Muslims and Mormons in many parts of the world. In this meeting, Bill Maher asks them about the confidence of the faithful of the three religions. He asks questions which are difficult to answer and can be seen as insulting religion.
