Could the monster hold the key to saving the town from a ruthless businessman?When nine-year-old Jamie Williams (Walker Mintz) moves to a new lakeside village, he befriends Captain Jack O'Grady who claims a mythical sea creature named Nessie lives in their peaceful waters and Nessie could be the key to saving the little town if it can be found.
