Plot: Abused battered wife has had enough of husband beating up on her. Everywhere she turns for help, there's not much anyone will do. After he rapes one night, she sets the bed on fire with him in it while asleep.After thirteen years of domestic abuse at the hands of her husband, James Berlin Hughes sets the bed on fire with him in it asleep. After the house catches fire, Hughes drives with her children to the local police station in order to confess.
